Eco Tours on Fraser Island - What To Expect

Fraser Island Australia is situated off Queensland’s East Coast, and has long been recognised as one of the world’s most unique World Heritage Listed Sites. Arguably one of the most beautiful lakes on Fraser Island is Lake Birrabeen, with crystal clear water and bright white sandy beaches. An almost identical lake to Lake Birrabeen is Lake McKenzie.  Although smaller, Lake McKenzie is easier to access than Lake Birrabeen and attracts much larger crowds, so space on the beaches of Lake McKenzie can be at a premium. Either way, both lakes are simply stunning and offer incredible photographic images for the keen photographer.
